As the month of August comes to an end, we look ahead to September—a month filled with many great events and opportunities for us to come together, learn from one another, celebrate, and continue building the strong community we are proud to call home here in Lowell.

Even though the Legislature has been out of formal session during August, my work as your State Representative never stops.

Every day, my office and I continue working on behalf of our community. That means advocating for more affordable housing, helping residents facing difficult or unsafe housing conditions find the right resources, assisting constituents with unemployment cases, and supporting workers and families who are facing layoffs and economic uncertainty.

These are the issues that keep me working every day because being your State Representative is about more than what happens inside the State House, it is about showing up, listening, solving problems, and delivering real results for the people I represent.

As we head into September, I will continue fighting to make our community more affordable, from addressing the high cost of housing and food, to finding ways to lower the everyday cost of living for working families.

September also begins with an important responsibility: voting.

The Primary Election is September 1st, and I encourage everyone who is eligible to make their voice heard. Primary elections matter just as much as general elections because they help determine who will move forward to represent you and your community.

Every voice matters. Every vote counts.

I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving you, advocating for you, and working every day to make Lowell a stronger, safer, and more affordable place to call home.
